The purchase of our product is just the beginning of a long-lasting relationship between us and our customer. DESIGN

+ Do you offer brand and graphic design services?

We offer a whole range of design services in-house, from file formatting to full packaging design. You may see our brand design services here or Get in touch with us to find out what we can do for you.

 

PRODUCTS

+ Are your products grease resistant?

Yes and no. Non-laminated paperboard is not grease resistant and is completely compostable and recyclable. If you have a product that's wet or oily and you'd like to make it grease resistant, we recommend using a sheet of wax paper in the bottom of the box. We generally add plastic lamination to the interior of the containers to make them waterproof and grease resistant, this makes them less environmentally sustainable.

+ How long does it take to fold?

You don't have to worry about this as we will prefold them for you. All you need to do when you receive the containers is to place your goods inside, gather all the flaps and press down to lock.

 

SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

+ Where do you ship from?

For now, we ship everything from Manila, Philippines.

+ Where are your products manufactured?

We currently manufacture from Manila, Philippines.

+ Will I have to pay Duty/Import fees?

All duties and fees associated with the import of a product to other countries are the buyers responsibility, please check with local customs to be sure of rates.

+ What are the lead times?

It depends on the item! Custom printed paperboard structures are generally 4-6 weeks after the approval of artwork. Basic paperboard structures are about 1-3 weeks. Shipping takes about 5 business days. We'll always keep you posted with an updated and accurate ETA as soon as your order is made.

+ How does everything get shipped?

We prefold the containers and send them out stacked in an open bowl shape. Generally, we stack 500 pieces and place them in a corrugated carton box. The number of boxes that we use to ship your packaging depends on the items and quantities that you've ordered. We will be in touch with you prior to your shipment release to go over the number of boxes, weight, and size so that you know exactly what you'll be receiving and when.
